We took a case of  <a href="http://www.petrawine.com" target="_blank">Petra </a>2004 (it was not too difficulut to have one empty&#8230;) and we installed inside a <a href="http://www.bose.it/IT/it/home-entertainment/personal-audio/sounddock-digital-music-systems/sounddock-portable/index.jsp" target="_blank">Bose dock  </a>for iPod/iPhone and we placed it under out service table, totally camouflaged <span></span>amongst the other cases.<span id="more-79"></span>Yesterday premiere of Osteria music with <a href="http://www.stefanobollani.com/uk/fullscreen.htm" target="_blank">Stefano Bollani </a>and his famous album <strong>Smat Smat</strong>. Good for having dinner but we waited the last guests to leave for testing the equipmente at full power, obviously with The <a href="http://theprodigy.com/videos" target="_blank">Prodigy </a> and thei latest and amazing CD&#8230;(still we need something like 3000 watt to match the sound machine of our  neighbours of Obika but we can still grow&#8230;)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3578/3468827909_e4fafd9435_m.jpg" vspace="4" width="180" align="left" height="240" hspace="4" />Another two days of training for the staff of Osteria Tornabuoni and Obika&#8230;A fantastic morning with everything you should know <a href="http://www.obika.it/english/menu_ita/menu_mozzarella_bar.html" target="_blank">about Mozzarella and how is made</a> and all the course you will find in our <a href="http://www.obika.it/english/menu_ita/menu_mozzarella_bar.html" target="_blank">menu</a> and an afternoon about our software for ordering at the table. So much to learn and to test but when everithing will be &#8220;up and running&#8221; we will have a lot of information about our ingredients, about our overall performances and what we need to buy every day for the kitche.</p>
<p>But it would be too easy if this was the only duty in these days&#8230;<span id="more-18"></span>Our &#8220;tuscan-only&#8221; wine list cointains about 300 labels and that means minimum a total of 360 cases to be received and stored &#8220;somewhere&#8221; <img src='http://osteriatornabuoni.simplicissimus.it/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> . And we are talking only about Osteria&#8217;s wine, since Obika has its own wine&#8230;coming from all Italy from Alto Adige to Sicilty.</p>
<p>Staty tuned for discovering the wines on the list, you&#8217;ll be surprised, even from Obika&#8217;s list&#8230;not so easy to find elsewhere so many value wines available every day!</p>

You&#8217;re not thinking about silence&#8230;but today the OT and Obika teams were together for the training about Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, together with the research of recipes and artisanal products typical of the Italian tradition and characterized by very high quality.</p>
<p>Obika and Osteria share not only the location but a lot of the phylosophy, with a lto of focus on the customer and his satisfaction..<span id="more-16"></span>First day about Mozzarella di Bufala and its originis, its laws and market. Obika it&#8217;s <a href="http://www.obika.it/english/menu.html" target="_blank">all about this </a>wonderful cheese so we got <a href="http://www.obika.it/english/mozzarella.html" target="_blank">to start studying </a>how it&#8217;s made and how we manage to have everyday fresh mozzarella with a high and costant quality during the seasons.</p>
<p>Okay, it&#8217;s not really what you&#8217;ll find in Osteria, since the focus is Tuscnay and its wines, but the mission is the same and the way how we&#8217;ll try to make it real it&#8217;s the same in both&#8230;and you&#8217;ll discover that we are closer than you may think, even if the Obika entrance is in via Tornabuoni and Osteria Tornabuoni, obviously, <a href="http://www.google.com/maps?f=q&amp;source=s_q&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=&amp;q=via+de+corsi+5+firenze&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;ll=43.772783,11.252317&amp;spn=0.00657,0.019312&amp;z=16&amp;iwloc=addr&amp;layer=c&amp;cbll=43.772255,11.251808&amp;panoid=03YmqlibjAijiluLTpTAzQ&amp;cbp=12,131.16707791946865,,0,-11.3" target="_blank">NOT</a>! <img src='http://osteriatornabuoni.simplicissimus.it/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
