Another two days of training for the staff of Osteria Tornabuoni and Obika…A fantastic morning with everything you should know about Mozzarella and how is made and all the course you will find in our menu and an afternoon about our software for ordering at the table. So much to learn and to test but when everithing will be “up and running” we will have a lot of information about our ingredients, about our overall performances and what we need to buy every day for the kitche.
But it would be too easy if this was the only duty in these days…Our “tuscan-only” wine list cointains about 300 labels and that means minimum a total of 360 cases to be received and stored “somewhere”
. And we are talking only about Osteria’s wine, since Obika has its own wine…coming from all Italy from Alto Adige to Sicilty.
Staty tuned for discovering the wines on the list, you’ll be surprised, even from Obika’s list…not so easy to find elsewhere so many value wines available every day!
